What happens when you try creating a case through the link I provided in the last post?
We do have a support team, and you'll need to speak with them regarding any issues re-linking the original accounts. Please keep in mind however, that you are not able to attach a second PSN to this EA account as it's already been linked to another PSN. This is true even if you've unlinked the first PSN account.
This page goes into more detail about the various linking options, and similar to the previous link you can create a case to get in touch with support about this through the Contact us option at the bottom of the linked page.

Even though I created a ticket, it doesn't appear in my cases. Your system is terrible, and I can't find anyone to contact. I really think the only solution is to refund the game.
