Hello,
Please help me change my email to gmail
I want to change it because the current domain doesn't work for me, and accessing my account requires a lot of extra steps.
When I try to change the email, I get an error:
"We can't complete your request. Your email address could be invalid or you may have recently updated it."
However, I have never changed my email before. Please assist.
Also, I’m unable to add a phone number – I get another error:
"Something went wrong. Try again later."
Even though the phone number and its format are correct.

Are you seeing the same issue if you try using a different browser or device to update that info?
If that's still not letting you make any changes to your account, it will be best to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. We are unable to make any changes to your account here on the forums.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
