Please help me delete my ea account

There is no change even if I press 1:1 live chat, and I don't know the e-mail address for e-mail inquiries Dodeche How can I leave my account completely? Please help me

    Our support team can help delete EA accounts. You'll need them to process an account deletion request. 

    You mentioned live chat, so it sounds like you've been trying to connect with them. Can you share more about what happens when you go to set up a support ticket through the EA Help site?

    Thank you for your response. I’ve already submitted a case regarding account deletion through EA Support. After that, I received an email from the Customer Experience team, and I replied to it yesterday. However, I haven’t received a response yet.

    One thing I’m curious about  after submitting the case, I noticed there was a 1 on 1 chat option shown below, but when I click it, it doesn’t actually open the chat. Could this be because the email I used to register the case isn’t a Google (Gmail) account?

    I didn’t receive a reply to my previous email, so I tried sending another email to Customer Experience. However, I received a response saying "Your Message to EA Could Not be Delivered. We no longer monitor this email address"

    What should I do now?
