please help me please

Can you please help me? My Microsoft account, which I've used since I was 8 years old, was blocked for no apparent reason. Because the phone number associated with that account is so old and I don't use it anymore, I can't get it back. When I log in to EA, a code is sent to my email address after I enter my password, and because I haven't received that code, I haven't been able to access my account for 20 days. I can prove everything to you. I can list all my FC25 purchases, card details, old passwords, and even the players in my squad. The same goes for FC26. Please help me change my email address. I want to play FC26 now. Please.

  • How do I do this, Ms. QueenBee? I've been struggling with one account for 20 days, and it's starting to affect me mentally. I wake up every morning and only have to deal with this issue. I couldn't reach live support. I asked for help through X. I've created 20 support tickets, but no one is helping. Please help me.

    kazzy1111 Try scrolling to the bottom of the guide that EA_QueenBee shared and pressing the "Contact Us" button. After that, you should see an option to continue as a guest. This should either give the option for a live chat or an email case.

    To give you a bit more information, EA Help will ask you security questions to confirm your identity and account ownership, so you might want to gather as much historical information as possible first of all (N.B. they cannot make any changes unless you pass the security check). Moreover, it's not advised to open multiple cases, as the team will generally shut the majority of them as duplicates.

    I've emailed numerous times, but the only way I've communicated is via email. I've never been able to reach the live chat tab, and no one has stepped forward to help. Please help me. Look, I'm truly desperate.

    I'm just another player so I cannot view support cases. If you have already opened a case then all I can advise is to give them some time to respond.
