UPDATE: I used the "My account was hacked" to be able to chat with someone. It worked and they fixed it. For anyone else going through this

Thank you, but none of these links actually get me anywhere. I have tried them over and over and over. There seems to be no way to chat with someone or email them when it comes to my issue. No matter what I do. When I select the option for account, it says there should be a way to chat and there isn't. This is what is so frustrating. They need to have a way to email, call or actually chat with support. I will never be able to play that split fiction game with my friend or the other one I want to play as I am forever stuck in a loop where I cannot unlink this fake EA account that I have no clue where it came from.
Have you given the links above go while logged out of your account? I just tried the link in the "How to get help with your EA account" guide while not logged in, and was shown the chat option.
Yes I tried that, I get this when I select the chat option... so, not helpful... it tells me to log in.. its one giant loop of never being able to actually chat with anyone... when I log in there is literally not chat option for my issue... i'm tempted to pretend i've been hacked just to get someone to chat with... this is getting ridiculous. The fact that many people are having this issue is a problem. EA needs to fix their support so people can actually get help.
