PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP

Hello, I sent a request to live support, but they did not respond. They did not respond for 2 days. Are they dead? Why are they not responding? I am really tired of EA games. I need help, but they are dead.

    Ive sent my request 2 weeks ago, no answer. They automatcily close the request because you are not "active" but its all lies, automaticly close no matter what you do, cant reopen even after clicking the button 100000 times. Worst support ever. Cant even open any sites related to EA beacause of some error, asked help, no return.

    It's really sad that such a big game producer company has such a terrible system.
