Please Review My Permanent Ban

Dear EA Support Team,

I’m writing this message with deep regret and sadness. Yesterday, while playing EA FC 26, my opponent kept provoking and insulting me during the match. I made a terrible mistake. I lost control for a moment and replied with inappropriate words.

It was the first and only time I’ve ever done something like this. I’ve been playing EA games for years, and they mean a lot to me, especially EA FC 26. It’s not just a game for me; it’s something I truly love and spend my time and passion on.

I completely understand that what I said was wrong, and I’m truly sorry from the bottom of my heart. But getting a permanent ban for one mistake feels very harsh. I’m asking you, please, to give me one more chance. I promise that I’ve learned from this and will never repeat such behavior again.

Please, I’m begging you to review my case one more time. Even a temporary suspension would be fair — I just don’t want to lose my account forever.
