Hey mayao101​ best thing to do is to remove your payment option and then re-add it ensuring that all the info is exactly the same as on file by your card issuer.

EA_Darko​ Hi- As I mentioned in the post, I have no problem paying because I don't even get to that screen. It's impossible to add to the cart at all. When you try to add a package to the cart, a pop-up appears from the cart icon saying there was a problem updating the cart. However, when I clicked on a pre-made bundle created for the sale, it was added to my cart. 

I understand but can you try what I suggested above just to test mayao101​

Yes- I tried and still there is no change unfortunately. I also tried to add to the wishlist, and there is the same pop-up EA_Darko​

Chat response times to date have been almost two hours. And even when they did answer, they said to write in the forum because for them, the app is great, and everything is a matter of payment, which it is not.
