PSN Account linked to inactive email address

My PSN account is linked to an inactive email address, so I cannot sign in. I want to unlink it and link my new account to PSN, but it is impossible to speak to anyone at EA. Can I just never play an...

Are you not able to open a case with our support team? I tested it there and was able to get into a chat with a member of the team.
