Psn linked to wrong ea account

My psn is linked to an old ea account. The email to the old account I can not access as it was attempted hacked (years ago and locked) the recovery email is an old yahoo email that no longer exists. I can’t access my old ea account to unlink as it needs me to verify the old email address.

tried contacting ea support but it won’t let me submit my help claim. The submit button doesn’t seem to work at all. No error code nothing. The screen stays the same like the submit button is locked. 

my psn email and my new ea account email are the same if that helps?
