Purchased Expansion Pack Unable To Play

I own an expansion pack, the get to work one.   When I tried to download it, it says that I don't own it in the "game hub", but it also doesn't allow me to buy it in the store because it says I already own it.  So how do I fix this?

    It sounds like this pack may have been removed from your account- this isn't something we can check for over the forums since we don't have access to your account details, but the live support team can take a look and see what's happening with your pack.
