Random Chinese EA account linked to my Steam profile

Hello,

I have a random Chinese e-mail/EA account linked to my Steam account (which clearly doesn't belong to me) so I cannot link my own to it (see attached) or get it unlinked. I've been sitting in Chat Support for days now with no assistance. The 'live chat' shows hundreds of hours of wait time and expects us to be present when the chat representative suddenly shows up. I reopened the case after it was closed twice and am waiting again with the chat window not showing anything. I am really unsure why this is such a difficult task nor why I have to wait to speak with a 'live support' associate when I clearly explain everything in my ticket with attachments. My case number is 218481653. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help get this aggravating issue resolved.
