Steam account

I need help.
There’s a strange Steam account connected to my EA account that I never linked. I do have my own Steam account, but the IDs don’t match. I tried to unlink it, but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

The Steam ID doesn’t look like a real one either… it’s just two characters and six numbers.
