Random linked account

Hi, I have a twitch account linked to my EA account. 

Only the twitch account is a random jumble of letters and numbers and not reflect of my actual twitch account. 

How do I link my actual twitch account? 

I have tried but the popups basically say 'no you have to have this random account and you can't have any other, ever'
