Re: Banned - Stuck in loop - Not showing on help pages

So, from what I’ve read, it seems there are many gamers like me – players who have been falsely flagged and banned by the automatic anti-cheat system. I’m writing here in hope of a quick response from EA.

I bought BF6 just yesterday and played all night. This morning, I was suddenly banned out of nowhere. I don’t use any cheats or prohibited software – obviously.

On the EA website, there is no active or inactive ban listed on my account. There never has been.

Yet, when I downloaded my account data, it clearly shows a ban record.

Let me repeat – I have never used any programs to gain a competitive advantage in any Battlefield game, whether BF3, BF1, or now BF6.

I appeal to you: please take control of this auto-ban issue and fix the damage caused by the system. I’m really unhappy with the idea of waiting weeks for an automatic email response while my friends keep playing without me. 70 euros is not a small amount for an average person like myself.

edit1: I have already filled and send a "form" from site.

    edit2:
I was running MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner Statistics Server for hardware monitoring, which might have caused a false positive detection. (if thats even possible)
    Please review my ban manually.
    Thank you.

    edit3:
after several atempts for support feedback and sending filled forms, there are no open cases for my ea account

    edit4:
After reading many coments, it seems that many players (myselft included) was banned after playing single player campaign. Maybe some issue similar to yesterday's "game not purchased" error?

    edit5:
also, my acc stats for anyone that would think i was cheating:

**bleep**, sad to hear that man. I bought bf6 after a very long time (last was bf1 for me) and was hoping to get the party back together and have a blast. I still hope that ea support will resolve this. Faster, the better.

I'm in the same exact boat as you. While I have only received a 3 day suspension ive only mainly played the campaign. I maybe have about 10 games total in online and am not that good so i wish this "competitve advantage" that they speak of could actually come out and start helping😆

I got banned for Competitive advantage too even tho i did not cheat in any form. No penalty on the website and no open cases no matter how many tickets i send to EA.. My data says it's a 3 day ban at least.

But now I'm confused and wonder what triggered this ban and I don't feel like playing even after getting unbanned. What stops the system from banning me again? I am not expecting a response from ea about an exact reason for my ban and it's just pissing me off tbh.

It's pointless to open a ticket for this. They give no information whatsoever and are of no use.

If you're going to ban people for an anti cheat gone rogue, provide the details.

"After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures."

Newsflash, your internal procedures are trash.

Give some clarity especially now since people are spending $70 on your game. It's robbery.
