So, from what I’ve read, it seems there are many gamers like me – players who have been falsely flagged and banned by the automatic anti-cheat system. I’m writing here in hope of a quick response from EA.
I bought BF6 just yesterday and played all night. This morning, I was suddenly banned out of nowhere. I don’t use any cheats or prohibited software – obviously.
On the EA website, there is no active or inactive ban listed on my account. There never has been.
Yet, when I downloaded my account data, it clearly shows a ban record.
Let me repeat – I have never used any programs to gain a competitive advantage in any Battlefield game, whether BF3, BF1, or now BF6.
I appeal to you: please take control of this auto-ban issue and fix the damage caused by the system. I’m really unhappy with the idea of waiting weeks for an automatic email response while my friends keep playing without me. 70 euros is not a small amount for an average person like myself.

It's pointless to open a ticket for this. They give no information whatsoever and are of no use.
If you're going to ban people for an anti cheat gone rogue, provide the details.
"After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures."
Newsflash, your internal procedures are trash.
Give some clarity especially now since people are spending $70 on your game. It's robbery.
