How is there nothing to be done when nothing HAS been done? I've received no communication or information about what my supposed offense was other than the immediate closing of all channels to reach them, leaving me to this. My next step is I guess to physically visit an EA branch, since they're incapable of explaining anything over email, chat, forum, and won't give a phone number.
