I'm tired of fighting with the chat. Who's answering?

I have all the information, my PC with EA files for 10 years or more.

Photos and video footage, my personal media library of EA games.

I have EA products purchased through Steam.

But they still haven't restored my account. The chat is avoiding answers. Direct questions about my EA purchases from before 2022 are ignored.

I've been trying to connect to my old account as well. I am not receiving a verification code anywhere on the email address I used for it. Following this!

It’s an absolute nightmare. I’m sure they’re bots.

The most interesting thing. Take my case, for example. I have files for EA games and apps on my PC, dating back over 10 years, which I can provide. I have keys for a 2016 game, and also proof that I played it through Steam in 2023. But no one needs this.

I don't understand why there's no alternative or appeal to restore access to my account. I've simply been using EA products for over 10 years, and they're strangely thanking me. Under the pretext of protecting their products.

Besides the basic questions from the Chat Bots, I have a huge amount of other evidence. Video and photo materials, files on my EA PC, and game access keys from Steam. Everything points to my ownership of my old account, and EA doesn't take this into account.

I don't remember what date of birth I provided when I registered over 10 years ago. I was a stupid kid. I bought the last few games, and I didn't think I'd need photo evidence. I provided all the other information correctly.

There are no problems with Steam. Every request I make is processed, and if I have photos, videos, or files on my PC, even better. They review everything. For some reason, there are no problems there.
