This person's making this fan game, but I'm not sure if it's illegal.

I saw this person making this fan game. I'm not sure if it's illegal if they can make it or not.

He's making a Alice asylum game.

    Who even does this? We're begging for this game and being denied in every way. What a way to ruin fun for everyone.
