Re: Unable to use EA ID pls help me

I am writing to express my ongoing concern regarding a username filtering issue that I have been trying to resolve for several days. I have submitted multiple support tickets and have been in contact with various EA representatives, yet unfortunately, my issue still remains unresolved.

The username I am trying to use is “Brazkhor.” I would like to kindly emphasize that this username does not contain any offensive language, profanity, or inappropriate meaning. It is a name I have been consistently using across all platforms, and it represents my online identity.

Despite this, it continues to be blocked by the system’s filter, and I find myself checking every day to see whether this unnecessary restriction has been lifted. Strangely, it's accepted only if I capitalize the A. I don't want it to be like that.

I respectfully request your support in reviewing this case and, if possible, removing the filter restriction on this username. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    The only avenue I know of to appeal a filtering decision is to submit an appeal using this link: https://help.ea.com/help-tools/appeal-filtering-decision/. The appeal form helps get this in front of the team who handle the filter, and they'll take a look at this for you.
