receiving error
My EA account was mistakenly banned. Because I use a 163 email, I was unable to create a support ticket, which is a common problem in China. So I used another email to create a ticket, but I haven’t received any response. Even though I reached out to customer service, all I got was an email asking me to rate the service. I currently only play "It Takes Two" with my EA account. I don’t understand why I was banned. I haven’t done anything that could harm EA or other players. Is it because using a VPN in China is considered account sharing? I had no choice but to do this to maintain a stable connection. I feel really sad.
