Refund ea play pro

Hello I accidentally bought ea play pro for 129 euros on the advice of a friend. In retrospect I only saw that it was for the PC instead of my ps5. Does anyone know if I can ask for my money back? I don't have a PC and think this is a waste of money.... Stopped the subscription right away and didn't use it.

EA Play subscriptions are typically not refundable, but if you haven't used it at all and reach out to our live support team they can take a look for you just in case.

Hello! I recently purchased an EA Play membership, but due to a misunderstanding of the service terms at the time of purchase, I would like to request a refund.
I intended to buy an EA Play membership but was unaware that the membership services on the EA platform and Steam are not interchangeable. Without fully understanding this difference, I mistakenly purchased the EA Play membership on the EA platform. I would like to request a full refund for this order.
