Refund Procedure
My understanding is that the refund policy allows for 24 hours of playtime after launching the game, or up to 2 weeks if the game has not been played. In my case, I only launched the program, encountered errors, and was never able to actually play. I requested a refund shortly after purchase, but EA’s website error prevented me from completing it, so I kept submitting inquiries about this bug. If I don’t receive a response before the 24-hour mark, does that mean I will lose my eligibility for a refund? Since I submitted the refund request before the 24 hours and included the bug details in my inquiry, should I just continue to check my case on EA Help? I want to know how the refund will be processed in this situation.
