Refund

Hi, I purchased EA SPORTS FC 27 on Oct, 11 2026 through the EA app and have played for 1 hour and 23 minutes. The game isn’t appearing in the Refund Tool, so I can’t submit a refund request. Could you please check my order and help me process a refund?
