Resuming Case doesn't work

Hello

My Ea account has been hacked, I tried to contact Ea help and made a case but resuming case doesn't work, it's a loop which I do it again and again but it doesn't work at all. 

I have no access to account as email has been changed but it is linked to my steam id, that's how I got know about my account been hacked. 

 

Can Someone help??

  • Man it was super fast. I had to just wait after submitting the case and instantly the chat box appeared on the screen where they solved the issue. Thanks EA

    Hi there. Please do not resume your case. That pulls it from the queue and will cause a delay with the advisor responding. Just wait for a response. If 24 hours goes by with no response, try opening a new case instead of resuming an existing one.
