Rule violation in Your EA Account

Hello everyone, so I created an EA account with nickname "igibvb" 3 days ago and linked it to a Steam account where I bought FC27 Ultimate Edition. I opened EA app today and a message appeared, Your account was banned. I didn't do anything on this account from the day it got created, only linked it to my Steam where I got FC27. I appealed but no decision has been made. Can anyone help me with this situation?
