I brought 50 pounds worth of apex coins I didn’t get them so I quit for a bit when I came back I seen I was 1000 apex coins in dept and all I wanted was my £50 worth of apex coins or a refund

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your Apex coins to show up in-game. When did you buy them, exactly?
early this year/late last year I’m not to sure but it’s been a while

If it's been eight months, there might be some issues with making sure you get those points. I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team for help, but there's a chance they might not be able to verify your claim anymore.

You can get a negative coins balance if you refund coins you've already spent:
Apex Coin negative balance
If you get a refund in real-world currency, we’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet. If you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
