Serious Complaints

Does anyone know who to email with a serious complaint? Customer services are dire

    If you wish to make an official complaint setdirection8298​ then you need to do so through our advisers. They will review your complaint and see if it meets the criteria to be escalated. You can contact them here: https://help.ea.com/en/

    I spent 5 hours on live chat with them yesterday and had to start from scratch each time. Also they couldn’t access the case number which was infuriating. Still no resolution

    So basically there is no way to make a serious complaint? No email to send it? You just get put back into the same system that didnt answer the question in the first place. Very poor although I do appreciate the quick response

    Complaints can be directed to our live support team FluidTea3342​ and they will decide if it meets the criteria for escalation.

    How is it decided though you haven't listed the criteria to meet to get a complaint through basically all im hearing is as a company we pick what we want to deal with, I assume you are human so if you bought a product what wasn't up to scratch in your local supermarket and went back and complained and they said this isn't in our criteria how would that make you feel, what happened to the customers always right
