Somebody at EA who cares, please PLEASE help me.

We’ve been trying to get EA to fix College Football 25 for the past 2 weeks with a very big bug on teambuilder. They updated the game and suddenly teambuilder is completely broken. A game feature that is not working and is the only reason 70% of us even bought the game. After 9 days of dozens and dozens of complaints through the bug report page we FINALLY got a community manager to reply lol. They said oh yeah we’re gonna fix it 2 days ago. That day came and went and nope, still broken. When we brought this up through the forums about it still being completely unplayable the community managers started going around BANNING users for bringing up that it was still unplayable and broken, even going as far as labeling the current bug reports as “SOLVED”. This is some disgusting behavior from EA. All we want is for the game to work as advertised so we can enjoy it in peace. We haven’t been able to play the game in almost 2 WEEKS! Whenever you try to upload a custom team from teambuilder you see a gigantic white square where your team logo should be, and your home field is white and has no yard lines or anything. It’s broken completely. Can somebody anybody please just help us out, I really do not understand the disrespect and harassment from EA on this. How hard is it to simply have a main feature of the game work?
