Someone used my email to create an account. How can I get an advisors help?

As the title says, someone used my email to create an account. I already changed the password and made sure none of my other personal information was connected to the account. 

I’m just trying to get help from an advisor. But I couldn’t find anyway to contact them. Hopefully this is in the right place to receive some guidance.

    Someone created an account with my email address without my permission.  How do I get their IP Address and How do I delete the EA account?
