WTF....EA APP get your crap together!!! no such thing as chat24/7 live!!!

there's no support, ive been a paying member since 2012, you guys need to up your game with chat support.. ive been on pc for 6 hours trying to figure out how to get on my EA account an reset it.. i was able to access EA forums through my xbox app... but no EA password wasnt able to reset it, even though both websites use the same email? hmm weird.. why doesn't EA app does not recognize my email, doesnt matter what platform. I'm still paying subscription through my email?? i need help with my EA reset password. because I'm not receiving no emails for a reset?
