"something went wrong" when trying to link PSN to EA account.

I found that when I try to link my playstation to EA, I get an error message that says "Something went Wrong. Could not connect with EA server. Return back to playstation.com" 

I couldn't find any info on this topic. please help.

    Hey there, I noticed you posted this a couple of days ago and haven't gotten any replies yet. Are you still getting this error message when trying to link the accounts? If yes, can you please let us know which steps you've tried so far?
