Question

Hi everyone!I discovered my problem when I tried to open The Sims 4 to play, and it asked me to log in to my EA account. I did so, and then an error message appeared telling me I couldn't link this account to Steam because there was already a linked EA account. So far, I understand, except I don't know the email address the accounts are linked to.I don't know how to unlink them, or even create a new account and link it. I just want to play The Sims 4... sniff.Has anyone else had this problem before? And can you help me? Thanks
