Steam account hacked and linked to foreign EA account
"My Steam account was compromised/hacked in the past, and an unauthorized third-party linked their own EA account to my Steam without my permission. I don't own or know this EA account, so I cannot log into it to unlink it. Please assist me in unlinking this fraudulent EA account from my Steam identity so I can link my own actual EA account."

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account back into your control. It'd also be worth following Steam's guide to recover a hacked account, along with the suggested steps from your email provider.
Afterward, you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself, and correct the account link. An advisor will need to verify your account ownership and discuss account details, which isn't something we can assist with here on the forums.
