Steam account linked to email that doesn't exist?

Can't link my Steam Account to my EA account because my steam apparently has another ea account linked to it that no longer exists, but it won't say i'm linked to anything until i go through the process of trying to link the account. None of the EA help categories i go through have anything on this and i can't seem to figure out how to open a new ticket. i can go through the "I can't log ion to my account" section to get help, but i would also just rather talk to someone over the goddamn phone to get this resolved. the chats take **bleep**ing forever and are never with a native English speaker, I've spent literal hours trying to explain my situation before just to get absolutely **bleep**ing nowhere. I have the jeddi survivor/fallen order/ mass effect games i'd love to play again but this app and company it feels are actively trying to prevent me from doing so. I've got a day left i think on the refund for the jedi games. If I can't get in i'll just refund them and watch all teh content on youtube or something

so tired of not being able to play certain games because i don't own a goddamn console.
