Steam account linked to unknown EA ID, need manual unlink

My Steam account is linked to EA ID QianyuLJC. This EA account is NOT mine. I cannot log into it and it is stuck in verification. I am the legitimate owner of this Steam account. I never authorized this binding. I need EA support to manually unlink my Steam account from this unknown EA ID. I can provide Steam purchase history and screenshots to prove ownership.

    Hey gemzinuan,

If you don't have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly to see what options they have available to help verify and update the account. We're not able to make any changes to accounts here via the forums.

Creating a case with this form will let you reach out to the support team so they can take a look.
