Not a solution!

I am also having the same issue. This is the hacker's fake email oj*****@ronaldofmail.com.

"Our support team is only able to assist the owner of the EA account, as verifying account ownership is required before any changes can be made to an EA account."

I WAS the original owner of the account, but since you couldn't help me get the account back, I made a new one. Now I can't link to my Steam account.
