Submit an Appeal option is bugged there is no Email us Option anymore.

I'm experiencing the same contact issue. My account has been incorrectly banned after false reports by ragers. The customer service team on live chat can be very rude, they just copy and paste the same responses and immediately close the chats! And I know my appeals are not being looked at correctly because I've never cheated in my life! This is a sad situation when legit players of 7 years are getting banned, 3 heirlooms, 750hrs and thousand plus dollars down the drain....
