Help needed: I want to delete my banned EA account

I am writing to seek help regarding my EA account, which has been banned.

I have been trying to submit an appeal, but the system keeps failing and won't let me create a case (please see the attached screenshot). I also tried reaching out to EA Help to speak with a live advisor, but I am completely stuck in a loop with an unhelpful AI bot and cannot get through to a real human agent.

Since I cannot submit an appeal and am completely locked out of reaching live support, I have decided that I just want to permanently delete this EA account. I know that account deletion is usually handled by live support, but since the AI bot won't let me proceed, I am turning to the forum as a last resort.

Could an EA Guru please guide me on how to proceed with deleting my account under these circumstances, or escalate this issue to the relevant team so I can finally close this account?
