your support system is a joke you say we can launch a case and a ticket but then provide no way to access it was good is being able to see my cases and tickets but then not allow me to create a new one. well done EA you have successfully taken so much of money whilst providing a useless service with no way of using the products I have spent my money. i fear unless you resolve this soon myself and others will look elsewhere.
