Terrible server issue

Hi!
There is now this Friendly Fantasy League where really important to win to get the reward because of the fix matches. But there were server issues and I was disconnected two times when playing and the game counted as a loss, then the servers broke down for a while.

So the game has taken two games away from me, which is bad because I can't get the Maicon card through no fault of my own. I would like this to be rectified and get back the two matches taken away caused by the server crash, otherwise what is the point of the promotion that can't be completed due to unstable servers.

Also content is taking so long to load up and I’ve got a pretty good internet. Not cool from EA to do this to it’s costumers as we spend so much time,money and effort trying to get some fun out of it.
