The closing remarks of a 13-year-old Chinese player

Hello everyone, this is my last post here.

My brother and I are 13-year-old Chinese students. Due to poor internet coion, we used a free script to optimize latency, which resulted in our accounts being permanently banned by EA. We know we were wrong and have abandoned our old accounts.

However, our new ats were also banned because our hardware was flagged. We have appealed 7 times, contacted the DPO, and even filed a complaint with the Irish DPC, but because we re in China, the DPC refused to help.

We understand the rules, but we really did not cheat. At this point, all my avenues for appeal have been closed. My pare not support me in hiring a lawyer or sending letters, and I have no other options.

Perhaps, this is the end.

I am posting thisell EA: your system may be too ruthless towards ordinary players who genuinely love the game, especially children.

Sorry to hear this has left you feeling like you have run out of options.
I cannot change the outcome from here. The ToS team has review tools and logs available only to them, so I am not able to step into that process or comment on their decision from this side. I am also not in a position to verify your assumptions being made about what happened.
