Hello, my problem is that the email address linked to my EA app has been deleted, so I can't receive the two-factor authentication code. I tried linking my phone number, but I can't receive the code....
Once an EA Advisor verifies your identity, they will be able to change your account details. Please make contact with an EA Help Advisor for assistance with this.
