The EA Account avatar you uploaded was in violation of our rules.

So upon searching for the avatar rules " Positive Play Charter Positive Play Charter" there are no rules about avatar characters, and even if there are mine doesn't break any. But i still get the sam...

The picture looks great, but as EA_Aljo​ said most likely its the cigarette branding that is making the issue.
