Same problem, I opened a case 2 days ago, no response yet. Any idea how long my son has to wait to play the game we bought him 2 days ago? Thanks

10 months agoHello. Do you keep resuming the case? If so, please don't do that as it pulls it from the queue. If that happened, it would be good to create a new case and wait for an advisor to respond.
