Same problem, I opened a case 2 days ago, no response yet. Any idea how long my son has to wait to play the game we bought him 2 days ago? Thanks

2 months agoHello. Do you keep resuming the case? If so, please don't do that as it pulls it from the queue. If that happened, it would be good to create a new case and wait for an advisor to respond.
