Worst Help section of any company ever..

All I wanted to do was request a refund for a subscription I never asked for, instead I've spent an hour going round in circles with some AI chatbot that is completely useless. No matter what I ask or reply with i get nowhere it's just a loop. 

Still no progress, EA can just take your money and you cannot get through to a human being to have it back 👍
