Good, ok. Use the other email to log into the EA Help site for now. That should help you move on from the login stage with the chatbot.
Once you're chatting with a support agent, you'll be able to share the email on the account you need help with, and they'll do their best to help you recover the account and update the account information from there.

i tried this five times already its safe to say im not getting the account back because whatever information they have clearly i dont have it,i tried to provide all the information i have correctly but they kept saying some of it is incorrect so yea.
