There is no live support option; I cannot contact live support.

Hello. My account was hacked, so I'm trying to recover it. They told me I could create a ticket and contact live support, but when I create a ticket for “Hacked Account” in the live support option, it doesn't mention that I can contact live support.

When I looked at another forum thread, it mentioned that connecting via VPN and setting my location to the US might work. I tried that, but it didn't work either. What can I do? Is this service not available in my location or does it not exist?
