This company is a mess.

I've been unable to play Jedi: Survivor for months because of an error code that says it is on their end that is the issue.

When I tried to contact support I was met with someone who was clearly just reading off of the help forum and doing their best but ultimately ended up back to telling me good luck with my efforts after reading off all of the things I've done already. I also have come to realize that because of the way game pass works with the EA app i can not get my old save data back from my old account that had EA play  because these accounts can only be linked with one Xbox account ever for some reason?? 

and that's not even mentioning the fact that even IF I wanted to play this game somewhere else it would still not work because steam goes through EA to run the game. I' honestly baffled that this company is running at this level of efficiency for customer support and I guess I'm just never playing any other games on the app ever again because I'm just told to figure it out.

  • Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this issue. Could you let me know which troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried?

    One EA account can only be linked to one Xbox account — that is indeed intended behavior. You can learn more here.
