Tickets on EA Help got ghosted. Is there live chat?

I'm having the same issue and now they are refusing to refund me due to time .... but they don't respond.

Yeah, I know how frustrating it is. I’ve submitted a few tickets and haven’t received any feedback in two weeks. Hopefully, an EA Help agent can see this discussion and let us know how to reach out to them ：）
